1.     This parking agreement does not constitute or imply any liability on the part of AmeriPark or Sawgrass Mills for any vehicle or any items left in the vehicle while using or parking in the parking facilities.  The use of the parking facilities shall be at your own risk.  Sawgrass Mills Management and AmeriPark shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, vandalism, damage and/or theft of the vehicle or any contents therein, while entering, exiting, or while parking in the Sawgrass Mills parking facilities or the BB&T parking area. 

2.     The employee parking privilege/service is non-transferrable. Attempts to transfer employee issued parking rights to others will result in the forfeiture of your parking privileges.

3.     AmeriPark personnel are not authorized to make or allow any exceptions to these terms and conditions.

4.     AmeriPark reserves the right to cancel your parking privileges.

5.     AmeriPark reserves the right to perform parking enforcement measures for individuals who violate the parking rules.

6.     All directional and parking signs found in or around the parking facilities must be obeyed.

7.     The employee may not illegally dispose of litter in the parking facilities, nor shall he/she commit any damage or nuisance or any other act that may disturb other parkers of the parking facilities.

8.     Any claim must be reported in writing to AmeriPark personnel on the day of the alleged incident and before the claimant leaves the premises.

9.     Vehicles may only park designated parking areas.  A map will be provided upon return of an executed Agreement.  Vehicles may not occupy more than one parking space.  Vehicles must not be parked in such a way as to block traffic lanes or violate any laws or regulations.  Vehicles may not be parked in the parking facilities for promotional purposes.
